USED & DISCARDED ROLLS
The rolls are made of cast iron base, steel base, which are made through both cast and forged process. These are used in various rolling mills according to the usages at different process levels. The various types of rolling mills could be

• Hot rolling-section, Plate mills, structure mills, deformed bar mills, flat mills, beam mill etc.
• Cold rolling where the rolls come out as "WORK ROLLS"

USED WORK ROLLS OUT OF COLD ROLLING MILLS
These rolls are generally forged and comprise of some amount of chrome percentage and traces of nickel and moly. They are available in varied sizes & can be either broken, peeled or obtained in single piece with any surface condition. These are available at industry leading price points & we can deliver them in short lead time.

USED ROLLS OUT OF STRUCTURAL ROLLING MILLS
These are procured from structural rolling mills & is of different shapes and sizes. The roll out structure mills can be with or without groves in the main barrel or could be plain as well. All these scraps can be shipped to desired location & quantity within the set time frame.

USED DIES OUT OF HOT / COLD FORGING UNITS
Dies used in hot & cold forging units are discarded after usage. These are discarded due to many reasons like variation in sizes of the finished products, cracks in dies, discontinuation of the finished product or any other reason. Once discarded, these are procured as scraps. We purchase these dies which may be of different materials, but generally are of DIN-2714, 2715. The weight of a single piece may vary from 100 Kg, to 20 MT.

USED DIES OUT OF ALUMINIUM EXTRUSION UNITS
Dies of different shapes & sizes are used in aluminum extrusion units. These dies are regularly discarded by the plants due to reasons like size & shape variation, defects, cracks, etc. These discarded dies are traded by us as scraps for varied industrial requirements.

USED RAILWAYS AXLES AND WHEELS
The material is generally used are of re-rolling process, but at the same time the other application as steel and some time because of shortages, it may get a better price. Different countries in the world have different sizes and chemical specification of the same.
